They will also be seen working together for the first time in Ayan Mukherji's Brahmastra. The teaser of the film has just been released and fans are hooked to it. So, now both their personal and professional lives are being talked about.
Rumours suggest that this duo is considering getting married soon. A new report states that Ranbir and Alia are looking to buy a house together but not in Mumbai. The couple is planning to buy a house in New York and Ranbir's mother Neetu Kapoor is hunting one for them. They are allegedly looking for a 'chic little studio their love nest'. Looks like, Neetuji has checked out a few properties.
Ranbir's father and Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor is currently in New York undergoing medical treatment. The actor has announced a 'short leave of absence from work' in September last year stating that he is moving to America for 'some medical treatment'. Neetu Kapoor has also moved there to stay with Rishi Kapoor during his treatment and Ranbir and Alia have been there time and again. They also spent New Year's with the Kapoor family in New York.
On the professional front, Alia and Ranbir recently unveiled the logo of Brahmastra. They went to Kumbh Mela along with their director Ayan Mukherji and created a visual spectacle of their film. Besides Brahmastra, Alia is also starring in Kalank with Varun Dhawan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Sonakshi Sinha, Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt in pivotal roles. Alia has also signed Karan Johar's Takht. This film will feature Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal.
