Koffee With Karan 6 had a housefull opening as Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone graced the couch together. They were at their gossip best and Deepika decided to open up a little more about her personal life. Karan has recently released a few unseen glimpses from the show. This footage features Alia sharing her wedding plans with Ranbir Kapoor.
Previously, Alia revealed that there was a time when she planned not to think about marriage until she turns 30. However, her perception of marriage has changed after someone walked into her life. In the last few months something changed her belief. She said, "There was a time in my life where I was like, Oh my God, I won't get married till I am 30. I need to act."
So, it looks like Alia's ideas changed when she met her current boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. Hence, she decided that timing isn't a matter of concern for her anymore. She was quoted saying, "When you feel like you are in a space where you are comfortable and it feels peaceful and right, then there is no timing that really matters."
Reports suggest that this relationship is going strong and it seems like they are moving towards taking their relationsip to the next level. In fact, if the gossip mongers are to be believed, the couple will be exchanging the rings by year-end. Besides, media reports also suggest that the Bhatt family and Kapoor family are set to meet a pandit next month to finalize a date.
On the professional front, Ranbir-Alia will be sharing screen space for the first time in Ayan Mukherji's directorial Brahmastra. This supernatural sci-fi film is being produced by Karan Johar will be a trilogy. The first part will release Christmas this year.
