Akash Ambani and Shloka Mehta tied the knot on March 9, 2019. This couple's grand and lavish wedding took place at the Jio Garden in Mumbai. The star studded event was attended by their respective families, close friends and a ton of Bollywood celebs including Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar among others.
Akash and Shloka hosted their first post-wedding function. Both Ambani and Mehta families together hosted the couple's Mangal Parv ceremony. It was followed by a grand wedding reception on March 11, 2019.
Recently, we got to see Akash and Shloka's first photo from the bash. They look like they are a pair made in heaven. For the celebration, Akash chose to wear a red bandhgala kurta. Shloka looked gorgeous in a pink lehenga with heavy silver embroidery. She accessorised her outfit with diamond jewellery. Shloka kept her hair and make-up simple for the event.
Akash is Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani's elder son while Shloka is the daughter of diamond merchant Russell Mehta and Mon Mehta's daughter. Prior to their fairytale wedding, the power couple had their pre-wedding festivities in St Moritz, Switzerland. They were seen having a gala time with their friends in the winter wonderland.
