Deepika Padukone is one of the most talented Bollywood actresses of her time. Discussing her last film Padmaavat and how she looked like the epitome of beauty and grace on the big screens. A funny video has come out where Deepika is dancing to the tunes of Ghoomar from Padmaavat but the track has been replaced with Shakira's hit song Hips Don't lie.

After the release of Padmaavat, Deepika has taken a sabbatical from Bollywood to concentrate on her wedding to Ranveer Singh. The duo tied the knot after six years of dating each other at Lake Como in Italy. They honouyred both their faiths and got married in two separate Konkani-Sindhi ceremonies amidst their family and close friends. This power couple later hosted a wedding reception in Mumbai for their Hindi Film industry friends.
On the professional front, Deepika has signed her next film with Meghna Gulzar titled Chhapak. Deepika will begin shooting for this film soon. The plot of this film revolves around an Acid attack survivor Laxmi Saa. The film is set to star Vikrant Massey opposite Deepika in the film. Vikrant Massey is most known for his roles in films like Dil Dhadakne Do, Lootera, Lipstick Under My Burkha, Half Girlfriend, A Death in The Gunj among other television serials. Earlier Rajkumar Rao was approached for the role but due to pay scale issues the makers opted for Vikrant Massey.
