Katrina Kaif and Deepika Padukone hugged it out last year to begin a new chapter in their lives. At Star Screen Awards 2018, these leading ladies of Bollywood put an end to their long standing cold war. Katrina showed up at Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh's wedding reception held in Mumbai. Following this incident, both actresses started following each other on Instagram.

The news of reconciliation between these two has been heard for quite some time now. Finally, as a form of evidence a video featuring these lovely ladies hugging infront of the camera has found its way to social media which proves that are letting bygones be bygones. Watch the video below -

It was Ranveer Singh who orchestrated peace between the two. He wanted them to drop their age old grudges and become cordial and friendly with each other. He invited Katrina to their wedding reception and now when he met Katrina at an award function, he took her to Deepika and these gals hugged and exchanged pleasantries.
Deepika also spoke about burying the hatchet with Katrina. She was quoted saying, "A lot of water has flown under the bridge. For me, just the fact that she came and was very present was gracious (of her). I've always been fond of her. You know, just the way that she's been over the years, and with her work and I have a lot of respect for that. I made my peace with her."
