'Of course Alia and Ranbir are in love' confirms father Mahesh Bhatt


For a while now, we have known that Ranbir and Alia are in a relationship. This couple started dating almost a year ago. They unofficially made it official by posing for pictures together at Sonam and Anand Ahuja's wedding. Since then Alia is still reluctant to give details about her relationships or love life but RK has gone on recorda couple of times and confessed that Alia has influenced some beautiful changes in his life.

We do see this couple hanging out together and spending time with each other's family. We have also seen some pictures where these two indulge in PDA on social media. When this question was put forward to Alia's father Mahesh Bhatt. he spoke about their relationship status at this point of time.

Mahesh Bhatt said, "Well, of course they’re in love. You don’t need to be a genius to get that! I love Ranbir… he’s a great guy. What they do to their relationship is something they’ll have to figure out. Whether it’s heading towards that port called ‘marriage’ — which is an institution that needs to be questioned in the second decade of the 21st century — is something for them to figure out. I’m no one to hazard a guess when that would happen or which way the relationship is going. It’s life and life needs to be lived on its own terms. Let’s wait and see what tomorrow brings for us."


While he has not mentioned whether he is excited about this relationship. Earlier, Ranbir was spotted at Bhatt residence. To this Mahesh Bhatt said, "When I saw those pics, I was like, ‘Oh, the paparazzi age is here and you have people from the outside using their premise to capture the image, because that’s what the nation is thrusting for.’ So, not saying more, I’d let the paparazzi guess if papa is raazi."
