Musical Jonas brothers lose to Team Bride at Nickyanka's Sangeet!


Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas vowed to be there for each other 'as long as death parts us' in a grand wedding at Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India. The lavish and over the top wedding ceremonies were spanned over five days. Nick's family had flown to Jodhpur to attend the wedding including Nick's elder brother Joe Jonas and his fiancee and Sansa Stark of GOT Sophie Turner.



After the breathtakingly beautiful ceremony, Joe welcomed his new sister-in-law Priyanka to the family with a cute post on Instagram. Sharing a picture from the Christain Wedding Joe wrote, "Super Married! I Love You Both! Welcome to the Family Pri! Congratulations! My face hurts from all the smiling this week."

At a recent interview, Joe said, "Marrying Nick off to Priyanka has just been fantastic. Obviously, this has been one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever seen and to be part of it was a dream. I kinda blacked out for a minute. I was just overwhelmed with emotion. This is my brother, my best friend and to see him marrying his dream girl ... there was a lot of tears the whole weekend — and a lot of smiles. I had (the toast) on paper, so that was the most important part."

However reluctantly Joe admitted that the musical siblings were defeated by Priyanka's super talented family. Both families were very competitive while putting up dance performances to impress the other side. From PC's side, her mother, cousin and actor Parineeti Chopra and a few other relatives performed. From Groom's side, Nick himself with Joe Jonas, Sophie Turner, etc shook a leg in traditional Indian Ethnic attire.

Joe was quoted saying, "The sangeet is a beautiful Indian tradition that takes place a few days before the wedding where you put on a performance, and they have the most incredible performers in her family. They have a lot of friends and family who are Bollywood stars."
