When we saw Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone together on episode 1 of Koffee with Karan, we understood that these two share an amicable relationship despite their romantic connections with actor Ranbir Kapoor. In the same episode we found out that Deepika was not keen on inviting Katrina Kaif to her wedding reception. However by the looks of it, she has been sent an official invitation for the couple's Mumbai reception. It has been said that Ranveer has personally texted her to come.
If reports are to be believed, then the information reads, "Katrina received the invitation four days ago and she is gearing up to attend the event. She has discussed this with Salman Khan and if all goes well, she will walk into the party with the superstar and (Bharat) director Ali Abbas Zafar. She is looking forward to the bash."
DeepVeer have personally started texting their colleagues and close friends to attend their reception. And while Deepika has not sent Katrina a text but according to reports Ranveer has ensured that she is invited. Other than Katrina, a lot of other Bollywood celebrities have also received invitations a few days ago.
When Katrina appeared on Koffee with Karan with Varun later on, she seemed excited for all weddings happening in Bollywood. She confessed, "I'm really excited about all these weddings. I want to wear nice clothes and go to attend... I might not be invited for any but that's a separate thing. But in my mind I'm looking forward to an invitation." Rumours also suggest that Ranbir Kapoor has been invited as well.
