Statue of Unity is a monument dedicated to Indian independence movement leader Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. It is the world's tallest statue with a height of 182 metres. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will travel to his home state to unveil the 'Statue of Unity' on October 31.

This new monument statue remarks the Indian independence movement and contributions of revolutionary leader who was the first Deputy PM of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Double the height of the Statue of Liberty in New York, this statue is located facing Narmada Dam, 3.2 km away on their river island called Sadhu Bet near Rajpipla in Gujarat.
Statue of Unity will be open to public after the inauguration after. You can book tickets online or you can purchase them from the ticket window at the destination. If you decide to purchase it online, you can log into - http://www.statueofunity.in/ .
There are two options from which you can choose when you decide to take a trip. The first option includes Observation Deck View, Valley of Flower, Memorial, Museum and Audio Visual Gallery, SOU site and Sardar Sarovar Dam then the entry ticket is Rs 350 per person. The timings are from morning 9 to evening 6. Option 2 includes all other activities except Observation Deck view and it costs Rs 120 per person and Rs 60 for kids between the age of 3-15 yrs.
